My order was supposed to came with a box, I assumed was a box from the company but I received a box from a tobacco company that also had some damaged,was a present and I felt very bad given this present to my son in law.

Our $5.00 gift option uses authentic upcycled cigar boxes, real, previously used ones with their original tobacco branding, colors, and natural patina/wear from age (just as described in the gift box section: 'different shapes, sizes, and colors, all randomly picked'). They're chosen for their rustic, one-of-a-kind character and come filled with paper for protection, but we completely understand this vintage look (including some signs of age) wasn't the new or plain box you had in mind.
We're truly sorry for the disappointment this caused. We'd like to make it right — please reply here or email us, and we'll offer a partial refund right away.
